2014年，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，正反义转录机制和调控网络的系统研究
2016年，主持上海交大医工交叉项目，基于组学特征谱的新型遗传性疾病诊断工具。
2009年，参与国家国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目，基于系统生物医学基础的白血病临床转化研究。
2010年，参与国家国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目，表观遗传变异在肺癌发生发展中的作用和机制。
